What is BARF diet for dogs?

BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food Diet) is an alternative raw diet designed to provide dogs a diet that consists of raw muscle meat and raw meaty bones, as well as vegetables and fruits while eliminating all processed foods. The "raw" in BARF doesn't actually mean that everything is actually raw. It might be easier to think of "raw" in this case as meaning "unprocessed" rather than "uncooked". Secondly, the heavily processed foods are having the same negative effects on canine's health as they are on human's health. BARF diet is also better for dog's weight.
